Tip & Jerry Initiative was founded on the belief that lasting change happens when education, prevention, and opportunity come together. As a family-led nonprofit, we combine decades of experience in education, counseling, special education, adult learning, program development, and community engagement to create meaningful pathways for children, youth, adults, and families to thrive.

Our leadership team brings extensive experience designing and implementing programs in K–12 schools, adult education, correctional education, and community settings. Together, we have led initiatives focused on substance use prevention, restorative practices, social-emotional learning, behavioral intervention, workforce readiness, academic success, and systems development. We understand that strong communities are built by meeting people where they are and providing practical tools that create lasting change.

Our educational backgrounds span mathematics, business administration, special education, school counseling, adult education, and educational leadership. This diverse expertise allows us to bridge education, public health, workforce development, and community partnerships while designing programs that are both innovative and sustainable.

As Tip & Jerry Initiative grows, our vision extends beyond traditional programming. We are developing a community-centered learning environment where education, agriculture, workforce development, health promotion, and prevention can intersect to inspire lifelong learning and strengthen communities throughout California.
